Effective Writing and Communication – Introduction to Course Research Design, Method, & Writing Webinar

Authors: Juris Demi and Flora Monica Mabaylan-Ruiz

One of the main concerns in ensuring efficient service in any workplace is the lack of effective communication. This issue also applies to research, particularly in design and writing effectiveness. The Institute of Governance, Innovations, & Sustainability (IGIS) aims to address this through the coursework of the Master in Public Sector Innovations (MPSI) program. To further support this goal, IGIS organized a webinar titled “Effective Writing and Communication: Introduction to Course Research Design, Method, & Writing,” delivered by one of MPSI’s Digital Service Platforms & e-Governance (DEG) professors, Engr. Teodoro D. Buenavista Jr., NTC 10 Regional Director.

The 3-hour webinar, held on November 19, 2022, via Zoom, was attended by MPSI students nationwide and featured distinguished MPSI faculty members Dr. Maria Noelyn S. Dano and Ms. Marylene S. Eder, MSIT.
